How to Manage Images and Videos in the Media Library

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on accessing, managing, adding, and searching for media files in the Rank Really High website media library.

Accessing Your Media Library

1. Log in to the back end of your Rank Really High website.
2. Navigate to the left-hand panel and click on Media > Library.

Understanding the Media Library

• Your point-of-sale (POS) system is connected to your Rank Really High website via API.
• All product images from your POS system will be automatically stored in the Media Library.
• Any additional images or media files uploaded throughout your website will also be stored here.

Adding a New Media File

1. Click on Add New Media File.
2. Select the file you wish to upload.
3. Supported file formats:
   1. Images: JPEG, PNG
   2. Videos: MP4 (Recommended file size: under 2MB to prevent site slowdown)

Searching for Media Files

Use the Search Media function to find preloaded images included in your Rank Really High website build.

Steps to search:

1. Click on the Search Media bar.
2. Type in a keyword (e.g., "Sleep").
3. Press Enter to view matching images.
