How to Add Videos in Elementor

Adding a video in Elementor is quick and easy. You can embed videos from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo, or use a direct video link.

Step 1: Open the Page in Elementor

  1. Log in to WordPress.
  2. Open the page you want to update.
  3. Click Edit with Elementor.

Step 2: Add the Video Widget

  1. In the Elementor panel, search for Video.
  2. Drag the Video widget onto the page where you want the video to appear.

Step 3: Add Your Video

  1. Select your video source, such as YouTube or Vimeo.
  2. Paste the video URL into the link field.
  3. Elementor will automatically load the video preview.

Step 4: Adjust the Video Settings

Use the widget settings to customize options such as:

  • Autoplay
  • Mute
  • Loop
  • Player controls
  • Start and end times
  • Suggested videos

Keep autoplay off unless there is a specific reason to use it.

Step 5: Adjust the Video Style

Open the Style tab to change settings such as:

  • Aspect ratio
  • Border
  • Border radius
  • Shadow

You can also use the Advanced tab to adjust spacing and responsive settings.

Step 6: Preview and Publish

  1. Preview the page on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  2. Confirm the video plays correctly.
  3. Click Update to save your changes.
